Let the Light in
Rae was introduced to yoga in 1990 and fell in love with the practice. Working in law for over 20 years, she wants to serve others in a more positive way through teaching yoga and obtained her 200 hr RYT certification in 2019. Learning through her daily home practice and instructional classes over the years, she found relief from depression and anxiety. Yoga aims for unification of the body, mind and spirit through these ancient mindful practices. Adopting the discipline of the Eight Limbed Path of Yoga, Rae has been able to attain peace and healing with asana (poses) and pranayama (breath control) preparing for meditation, as well as improved mental and physical health. Enhance your immunities, gain better balance, better relationships, and mental clarity through yoga. Please join Rae in stepping on to your mat and into the abundance of yoga.
